The fruits have an elongated pear shape and are small or medium-small in size. The skin color is yellow-green with a red blush on the sunny side and visible white lenticels. The flesh is white, juicy, and sweet.

The plant possesses good disease resistance and low maintenance requirements, however, it is demanding regarding soil quality and sensitive to wind and drought. The variety is not self-fertile; for pollination, the varieties Coscia, Spadona, William, and Conference are recommended. It is used in amateur and commercial gardening.
