The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and can reach a height of 10–15 meters. The shoots are numerous, long, erect, and brown-red or olive-brown in color.

The fruits have an elongated-pear, conical shape, often resembling a spindle. The skin is smooth and shiny, the ground color is greenish-yellow, and upon ripening, a bright red-brown or crimson blush appears on the sunny side. The flesh of the fruits is white, juicy, semi-buttery, and sweet, with a pleasant aroma.

The variety belongs to the autumn maturity group. Historically, it was used as a dessert variety for fresh consumption, and it was also used in cooking. Currently, the variety is considered rare and is of interest primarily to collectors of old fruit crops.
