The tree is vigorous with a pyramidal, semi-open crown shape, reaching a height of 4 to 10 meters depending on the rootstock and conditions. The variety is an autumn one; fruits ripen in September.
Fruits are medium or large in size, having a bottle-shaped or round-conical shape. The skin is rough, greenish-yellow or bronze in color with characteristic russeting. The flesh is distinguished by a buttery, juicy, and tender texture, possessing a sweet taste and a specific aroma.
The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties. It is intended primarily for fresh consumption. Depending on growing conditions, it may show susceptibility to scab, bacterial canker, and viral diseases of fruits and trunk.
