The variety is a summer or early autumn type, with fruits ripening from August to September. In terms of morphological characteristics, the fruits are described as medium-sized, having a gray color and a "thick-bellied" shape.
The variety is intended exclusively for industrial processing, in particular for the production of pear concentrate. A feature of the fruits is their ability not to burn when boiled in copper cauldrons. The variety is included in genetic databases for the preservation of biological diversity.
