The tree is medium-sized or small, reaching a height of 3–5 meters and possessing a broad pyramidal crown. The fruits have a regular pear shape and a weight of 170 to 280 g, sometimes reaching 300 g. The skin is greenish-yellow, becoming yellow upon ripening, often with a blush.
The fruit flesh is cream-colored, buttery, juicy, and tender, with a sweet or sweet-and-sour taste. Harvesting is carried out from the end of September to the middle of October; consumer maturity occurs from November to February. The variety demonstrates high resistance to scab, but may be affected by brown leaf spot.
