Fruits are medium-sized, about 231 g, broadly round, and almost spherical in shape. The skin is rough, dry to the touch, brownish-red in color, with characteristic russeting at the peduncle. The flesh is white, juicy, melting, with a distinct aroma and taste.
The variety is classified as an autumn variety; the harvest is gathered in the first half of September, and fruits are suitable for consumption until the end of October. The tree is prone to vertical crown growth, begins bearing early, and produces an abundant yield. It is demanding regarding growing conditions, preferring warm, protected sites and moderately moist soils.
The plant is very sensitive to scab and prone to fruit drop. The fruits tolerate transportation well, although they overripen quickly during storage.
