The tree is of moderate vigor, reaching a height of 3–5 meters and a crown width of 2–4 meters. The crown has an upright, broad, and open shape. The variety is partially self-fertile; planting pollinators nearby is recommended to increase yields.
Fruits are medium to large in size, broadly pear-shaped with yellowish-green skin and a pinkish-red blush. The flesh is white, tender, buttery, and juicy, possessing a sweet aroma. Harvesting is carried out from the end of September to the beginning of October; fruits keep until December.
The variety prefers sunny sites with fertile loamy soils that require good drainage. Regular winter pruning is required for crown formation. The variety has good general resistance, however, under conditions of high humidity, it can be affected by scab.
