CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The variety forms a medium-sized tree with a sparse pyramidal crown and an average angle of skeletal branch divergence. The variety possesses good winter hardiness and demonstrates high compatibility with quince rootstock.
Fruits have a pear-shaped form and a mass of 150 to 180 g, on young trees — up to 220–250 g. The flesh is white or cream-colored, tender, buttery, melting, and very juicy. The shelf life of the fruits is 7–10 days.
The variety belongs to the summer group; harvest maturity occurs at the end of July or the beginning of August. Regarding resistance to scab, conflicting data are found in literature: from high resistance to moderate susceptibility.
