Variety description

10 August 2026

Fruits of the variety ripen in late August — early September. They are characterized by juicy, sweet, and aromatic flesh. At room temperature, the fruits store for 3–4 weeks; in a refrigerator, the storage life increases to several months.

The variety has a historical origin and was selected in the rural areas of the Tuscany region, specifically in the Monticiano area. It is not a product of targeted breeding and is considered by researchers as an object for studying morphological traits with the aim of preserving rare germplasm material.
