The variety is classified as autumn; harvest occurs in the second half of September, and consumer maturity is reached after 1–3 weeks. The tree forms a large pyramidal crown and begins to bear fruit later than modern intensive varieties, subsequently providing regular and abundant yields.

Fruits of medium size have a barrel-like, pear-shaped or bottle-like shape, sometimes with unevenness. The skin is greenish-yellow with characteristic net-like russeting and spots. The flesh is white, tender and juicy, distinguished by a sweet taste with spicy cinnamon notes. The variety is intended for fresh consumption and processing, not suitable for long-term storage.
