Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a productive, medium-sized tree that matures in August. The fruits are of medium or small size and pear-shaped. The skin is smooth, light green, sometimes with a red blush. The flesh is creamy white, juicy, with a tender texture, a sweet taste, and a slight astringency.

The plant is fully self-incompatible and requires pollinators and the presence of bees for crop formation. The variety prefers deep, fertile, and permeable soils, and is sensitive to drought, strong winds, and specific soil types, especially when grafted onto quince. High tree planting density can help reduce the risk of fire blight infection.
