The variety is a compact, dense, rounded shrub 90–120 cm high and 100–110 cm wide. The plant has small, elliptical, dark green foliage that persists throughout the winter.
A distinctive feature is remontancy: flowering occurs in three stages, covering spring, summer, and autumn. The flowers have a bright pink, semi-double appearance. The variety is adapted for hardiness zones 7–9, withstanding temperatures down to -15°C.
