The variety is a compact shrub of medium vigor. At the age of 10 years, the height and width of the plant reach approximately 1.1 m. The leaves are elliptical in shape, their length is 13–16 cm, and width is 4.8–6.3 cm. The surface of the leaf blade is medium green, moderately glossy.
Flowers with a diameter of 6.1–7.5 cm are gathered in dome-shaped inflorescences of 11–13 pieces. The petal color is bicolor: purple-pink with light edges and a pronounced ruby-red or brownish-red spot. The edge of the petals is slightly wavy. Flowering occurs from the end of May to early June.
The plant possesses high frost resistance, withstanding temperatures down to -24 °C. The variety is characterized by good resistance to diseases, drought, and sunlight.
