Variety description

The variety forms a broadly rounded shrub reaching 70–90 cm in height and 90–120 cm in width by 10 years of age. The leaves are dark green, glossy, with felted pubescence on the underside. Flower buds are reddish-orange, and upon opening, the flowers acquire a golden-yellow hue.
Flowering occurs in the mid-early period, from the beginning to the end of May. Frost resistance ranges from –20 °C to –25 °C, including flower buds. The plant prefers well-drained acidic humus soils and tolerates both partial shade and open areas. Suitable for single and group plantings, rock gardens, and container cultivation.
