The plant forms a dense, broad crown with branches prone to horizontal growth, reaching a diameter of about 150 cm by 10 years of age. The total height of the bush is up to 1.5 meters. The leaves are broad-ovate, leathery, 8–12 cm in size, dark green with a glossy sheen on top and a lighter underside.
Large flowers with a diameter of about 7 cm have a pure white color with wavy petal edges and a wine-red spot in the center. Flowering occurs abundantly in the second half of May. The variety has frost resistance down to –26...–28°C and prefers acidic, humic, well-drained soils. Used in ornamental gardening as a solitary plant or in group plantings.
