The variety is a fast-growing tree with a height of 15–20 meters and a vertical trunk. Leaves are glossy, dark green, light-colored in spring, and turn yellow in autumn. Compared to the 'New Horizon' variety, the tree requires less formative pruning due to the straighter growth of the main trunk.
The tree possesses complex resistance: to Dutch elm disease (graphiosis), Verticillium wilt, wind, road salt, drought, short-term flooding, and compacted soils. Recommended for landscaping streets, alleys, parks, creating shelterbelts, and planting in coastal zones.
The variety is part of the Resista series of resistant elms. To maintain varietal characteristics, vegetative propagation is exclusively recommended, as resistance may not be transmitted through the seed method.
