The Joybells variety, registered under breeding number C3335, was obtained by crossing the Sunred Seedless and Prime Seedless varieties. The plant produces dark red berries with firm, crisp flesh and a pronounced balance of sugar and acid.

The variety possesses high yield and good keeping quality. The grape clusters have a fragile structure, requiring careful handling during harvesting and hanging. The response to the application of phytohormones for thinning and berry sizing depends on the vine vigor.
