The variety is a vigorous plant with bisexual flowers. Late bud burst helps protect the vine from spring frosts. The bunches are characterized by a medium size, cylindrical shape with a 'wing'; the berries are small or medium, green-yellow in color, slightly cylindrical.
The variety has moderate winter hardiness. The main difficulty in cultivation is high susceptibility to rot. The purpose of the variety is the production of white wines with high acidity and must density, including full-bodied dessert wines with floral and fruity aromas.
