The Dabouki variety is a vigorous plant with bisexual flowers and a horizontal arrangement of shoots. In terms of maturity, it belongs to the late-ripening varieties. The crop is characterized by high drought tolerance, as well as resistance to flower shedding and millerandage; however, under humid climate conditions, it is susceptible to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold.

The bunches of the variety are large or very large, moderately dense. The berries have an ellipsoid shape, yellowish-green color, and thick skin; the flesh is fleshy, characterized by a high sugar content and a simple flavor. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and wine production, and possesses good transportability and keeping quality.
