The variety is an interspecific hybrid, the breeding of which utilized resistance genes from American and Asian grape species. It belongs to the second ripening epoch, maturing approximately two weeks after the Chasselas variety.

The plant possesses pronounced resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, as well as low susceptibility to black rot and Botrytis. The bushes have a semi-erect habit, are characterized by high fertility and sensitivity to magnesium deficiency.

The clusters and berries of the variety are small; the clusters are distinguished by their compactness. Wine from this variety possesses high acidity, a neutral profile, and a possible slight bitterness.
