The bunch of the Kósa variety is large, with a mass of about 308 grams, of loose structure, often having wings or shoulders. The berries are medium-sized, rounded, with "fleshy-red" skin. The flesh is juicy and crunchy, the skin is felt when eating but does not separate from the flesh. The taste is characterized as neutral or spicy.

The variety belongs to the early ones, ripening in mid-to-late August. The plant is photophilous, sensitive to the moisture regime: excess water reduces taste qualities and color intensity, while a shortage leads to the berries becoming smaller and the skin coarsening.

The grape possesses low frost resistance and is recommended for cultivation in hilly or mountainous regions. The crop is susceptible to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and especially to gray mold, which requires the implementation of protective measures and limits the feasibility of planting the variety in large areas.
