The variety Koufaki B (Koufaki) is an indigenous variety widespread on the island of Ithaca in Greece. The plant forms medium-sized bunches, characterized as firm. The berries possess a slightly sour taste.
Grapes of this variety are mainly used in blends with other varieties for wine production, but can also be used as a table grape. The origin of the variety is natural, resulting from folk selection.
