Kotsifoliatiko N is an autochthonous grape variety, which is an independent genetic entity, despite mentions of its relationship with the Liatiko variety. At present, the population of this variety is considered rare and nearly extinct.

The variety belongs to the early or mid-season maturity group. The plant shows resistance to powdery mildew, downy mildew, and gray mold.

The grapes are used for the production of red wines characterized by high alcohol content, moderate acidity, and aromas of herbs and strawberries. The variety is often used in blends, for example, with the Mandilaria variety to adjust the color and tannin structure of the beverage.
