The variety is early and characterized by moderate vigor with a semi-erect bush habit. Short pruning of the vine is permitted in agrotechnics. The berries of the variety have an elliptical shape and a white or yellow-green color, which is reflected in the code letter B in the name.

The variety is classified primarily as a table grape, although it was historically used in winemaking as well. The variety shows low susceptibility to Oidium and grey mold. The origin of the variety is linked to the Madeleine Angevine variety, and in a number of catalogs, it is equated to the Agostenga variety.
