This clone was obtained as a result of breeding work in Hungary with the participation of specialized research institutes. In parallel, the SK.54 clone is mentioned in the context of breeding programs in Serbia, where it is considered one of the most valuable specimens.

The main characteristics of the clone, including maturity group and resistance, correspond to the basic indicators of the Olasz rizling variety. The produce is suitable for the production of high-quality wines. The clone has undergone programs for sanitation and elimination of viral pathogens to obtain high-quality planting material.
