Variety description

A variety of medium maturity with vigorous vines possessing good shoot-forming capacity. Clusters are medium-sized, cylindrical or cylindrical-conical, often with wings, dense or medium-dense. Berries are medium, rounded, dark blue with a thick waxy coating.

The variety possesses relatively high resistance to diseases, however, it requires covering for winter in regions with a cold climate. Yield is characterized as high and stable, requiring regulation to maintain product quality.

Wine variety intended for the production of red and rosé wines and sparkling beverages. Wines from this grape are distinguished by aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, and wild berries, moderate or pronounced tannins and acidity; they are well-suited for aging in oak barrels.
