The fruits of this variety are medium or small in size and have a specific shape. The skin is smooth, yellow-green in color, complemented by a red overcolor. The flesh of the fruit is white with a characteristic sour taste, pronounced aroma, and full flavor.

The variety is distinguished by a high content of reducing sugars (about 11.1%) and biologically active compounds. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and for processing, for example, into juice. Under storage conditions, the variety shows a tendency to rot, which limits its keeping quality in a refrigerator.
