The tree is characterized by very high vigor and a broad crown, entering fruiting relatively late. The variety is a triploid, which necessitates the presence of cross-pollinators for fruiting. Fruiting is partial at the ends of branches, becoming abundant and regular with age.

Fruits are large or very large, with creamy-white juicy flesh. Upon ripening, the skin acquires a golden-yellow hue with an orange-red blush and possible presence of russeting. Moderately susceptible to powdery mildew and scab.

The variety is for universal use, suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and cider production. Due to their ability to soften during cooking, the fruits are highly valued for making purée.
