Variety description

Fruits are medium to large in size, round-conical in shape. The skin is smooth, of medium thickness, with a bright red blush appearing on a creamy-yellow background, often with orange or red stripes. The flesh is firm, crisp, juicy, and white or cream-colored.

Trees are vigorous, tall, with a spreading crown. The variety is productive, but prone to biennial bearing without thinning of the ovaries. The plant is sensitive to scab, canker, fruit rots during a wet spring, and late spring frosts.

The variety belongs to the mid-late or late category. Fruits possess excellent transportability and a long storage life, and brown slowly when sliced. The taste is sweet, with low acidity and an aroma of honey and citrus. The fruits retain their shape during baking.
