The variety is a natural bud mutation (clone) of Red Delicious. It belongs to spur-type trees with medium-high vigor, enters bearing early, and provides a regular yield.
Winter variety, the fruits of which ripen in late September — early October. Apples are large, with an average weight of 225–250 g, elongated truncated-conical ribbed shape, with a bright red glossy color and a diffuse carmine blush.
Fruit flesh is firm and crisp, sweet, with a spicy aroma; it becomes more tender during storage. Fruits are distinguished by high transportability and can be stored until spring. The variety possesses increased winter hardiness.
