The tree has moderate vigor and requires attention during cultivation, including branch training and the use of supports. The round-shaped fruits have yellowish juicy flesh with an aroma reminiscent of the Cox’s Orange Pippin variety.
The harvest matures from mid-September. The apples are suitable for storage under ordinary conditions until February; however, during long-term storage, the flesh can lose firmness quickly. There is a mutation of the variety named Rafzubex, which is distinguished by more intense fruit coloration.
