ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
Medium-sized tree with a dense crown and dark green leaves, reaching 5–6 meters with regular pruning. Fruits have an average weight of 9.5–10 grams, feature tender sweetish flesh, and are sensitive to mechanical damage, which precludes mechanical harvesting.
The variety is partially self-fertile; cross-pollination is recommended to increase yields. The crop is drought-tolerant, relatively cold-hardy down to -10 °C, and prefers loose calcareous soils. It has a predisposition to infection by the fungus Spilocaea oleaginea and olive knot bacteria.
The primary use of the variety is as table olives, including for stuffing. The variety is also used to produce monovarietal olive oil with a delicate taste.
