Variety description

10 August 2026

The trees are characterized by vigorous growth and a spreading crown, capable of reaching ten meters in height. This type is well adapted to moist soils and cold winters of the region, showing increased resistance to such conditions compared to other olive varieties.

The fruits are of medium size, weighing from 4 to 12 grams, and their color changes from green and yellow to dark purple and black depending on maturity. The pulp makes up 81–88% of the fruit weight, the pit 10–15%. The variety is moderately sensitive to drought.
