Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is traditional, adapted to the conditions of the Campania region in Italy. The fruits have an ellipsoid shape with a diameter of 14–20 mm, and upon ripening, they acquire a color ranging from purple-black to intense black with pigmented flesh.

The variety is early-ripening; harvesting begins in October–November upon reaching 50% coloration. Table olives possess firm, crisp flesh that separates easily from the pit. The oil is characterized by low acidity, notes of almond, and a color ranging from straw-yellow to intense green.

The plant is well-adapted to cultivation on hills at an altitude of 100–300 meters above sea level in mild climatic conditions.
