The variety has low to medium vigor, which simplifies the formation of high-density plantings. It is suitable for cultivation on both irrigated and dry lands, demonstrating high productivity and stable bearing.

The fruits of the variety are large in size, and the oil obtained from them is characterized by high yield and stability. Organoleptically, the product is characterized by a fruity taste balanced in bitterness and pungency, with notes of green grass, almond, banana, and artichoke. The fruit ripening period occurs a week earlier than that of the Arbequina variety.
