ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The variety is characterized by vigorous tree growth with short branches and early onset of bearing. Fruits are of medium size, weighing approximately 2.5–3.2 grams, and are distinguished by a characteristic shape with a pointed tip.
The variety has high resistance to frost, but is sensitive to drought, tolerates calcareous soils poorly, and is susceptible to diseases such as Verticillium wilt and peacock spot.
Oil from the fruits of this variety is distinguished by high oxidation stability due to its oleic acid and polyphenol content. The flavor profile ranges from herbaceous notes and green leaf aromas at early harvest to fig tree nuances at late harvest.
