Olivastro Frentano is a local olive variety originating from the Italian region of Abruzzo. It is cultivated primarily for olive oil production and is often used in blends to impart a harmonious taste and aroma to the oil.
During biodiversity studies, the variety was noted for having a high fruit set rate, exceeding 10% per fertile flower. Detailed data on the morphological characteristics of the plant, its height, or resistance to diseases are absent in scientific literature.
