Trees have high vigor, forming a majestic crown with pendulous fruit-bearing branches. The fruits are small, spherical in shape, with a large pit; when unripe, they have a greenish-yellow color.

The variety is characterized by early and uniform fruit ripening; yields are subject to periodicity. The tree is hardy, resistant to low winter temperatures, which allows for its cultivation at altitudes from 200 to 650 meters above sea level.

Oil content ranges from 17–18% at the beginning of the harvest to 23% by the end of the season. The oil has an intense aroma with notes of grass, artichoke, wildflowers, and white fruits with a balanced combination of bitterness and pungency.
