The variety is intended for olive oil production. The oil is characterized as very sweet and fruity, with a stability level higher than that of the Arbequina variety.
The plant has medium vigor and short internodes. High regenerative capacity makes the variety suitable for cultivation as a "hedgerow" in intensive plantings; the traditional cup-shaped crown form is also successfully applied.
The variety is distinguished by its productivity, yield stability, and high hardiness.
