ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree has medium growth vigor, a spreading crown of medium density, and narrow, elongated leaves. The variety is characterized by early bearing and high productivity, especially under irrigation, and is well-adapted to Mediterranean conditions, tolerating drought and cold.
The fruits have smooth, bright green skin, firm, crisp flesh, and a stone that separates easily. The flavor is characterized as mild, nutty, with herbaceous notes and a hint of bitterness. Manzanillo or Leccino are used as pollinator varieties.
This variety should be distinguished from the Moroccan Picholine variety. In olive oil production, the variety is valued for its distinct herbaceous aroma and is often used in blends.
