The Perafort variety is a local olive cultivar typical of the Tarragona region in Spain. It is included in scientific genetic resource collections, where it is studied as part of biodiversity analysis and olive tree pollen research.

Data on agronomic characteristics, such as tree height, maturity timing, or yield indicators, are not available in open sources. The variety appears in a number of studies dedicated to examining the susceptibility of olive trees to pathogens, in particular to anthracnose.
