The Pertegara variety (synonyms Lantesca or Mattea) is a local cultivar widespread in the Italian region of Liguria. The plant is included in the official list of varieties authorized for the production of olive oil within the "Riviera Ligure" DOP system.

The variety is used in blends for oil production. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, data on maturity group or disease resistance, and specific individual organoleptic parameters of this variety are not provided in open publications.
