TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The variety is of Italian origin from the Apulia region. The tree is characterized by medium vigor, a dense spherical crown, and elliptical-lanceolate leaves of medium width. The variety enters the bearing stage early, demonstrating high and regular yield with a low level of fruit set abortion.
The oil of this variety is distinguished by a high content of polyphenols, pronounced bitter and spicy notes, and good storage stability. The variety is considered self-fertile, although cross-pollination contributes to an increase in yield. The tree possesses resistance to winter cold but is sensitive to infestation by the olive fruit fly and fungal diseases causing leaf browning.
