The tree is characterized by medium vigor, a broad compact canopy with greenish-grey foliage and upward-directed branches. The variety is characterized by constant yield at a medium-high level and a late ripening period for the large fruits.

The oil has a rich green color with golden hues and contains notes of fresh herbs, artichoke, and green tomato with pronounced bitterness and pungency. Oil yield during processing is about 15–16%.
