The Vera variety, often referred to as Vera del Vallès, is a traditional olive crop widespread in the Vallès region of Spain. It is used to produce Extra Virgin category oil, which possesses a rich taste with fruity notes, as well as light bitterness and a spicy hint.

In scientific studies, the variety is classified as androsterile, meaning it possesses male sterility. Detailed agronomic characteristics, such as growth parameters or disease resistance, are limited in open sources, as the variety appears more frequently in regional lists of olive crops or as a component in oil blends.
