The tree is vigorous, forming a dense pyramidal crown, reaching a height of 3–5 meters. The variety is self-fertile and belongs to the early maturity group.
Fruits are large, dark red, with very juicy flesh and intensely colored juice. The taste is sour, harmonious when fully ripe, and the stone separates easily. The variety is suitable for mechanical harvesting and industrial processing.
The variety has medium susceptibility to Monilinia, however, it is highly susceptible to fire blight and Prunus necrotic ringspot virus. It prefers warm, dry sites and requires summer pruning to control crown density.
