The variety is a vigorous tree up to 6–7 meters tall with a dense spherical crown. The fruits have a round-cordate shape and an average weight of 6–8.5 g. The skin and flesh are dark red; the flesh is characterized by a tender, juicy consistency and a sweet-and-sour taste.
The variety belongs to early or mid-season maturity groups. Fruiting begins in the third year after planting. The trees possess drought tolerance and high frost resistance, withstanding temperature drops down to -25°C. Disease resistance varies from medium to high.
The plant is self-infertile. To ensure yield, cherry or sweet cherry varieties must be used as pollinators.
