Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is vigorous, forms a spreading crown, and is characterized by high yield. The variety is self-incompatible; pollinators such as Duke of Edinburgh and Emma Leppermann are required for fruit set.

Fruits are medium-sized, oblong-oval in shape, ripening in mid-August. Fruit skin is dark blue, flesh is greenish-yellow, juicy, medium-firm, with a sweet-and-sour taste. The stone separates easily from the flesh.

Winter hardiness of the variety is estimated as medium; freezing may occur in severe winters. Resistance to diseases is medium. The variety was obtained by crossing Liivi Kollane Munaploom and Suhkruploom.
