Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, reaching a height of 4–6 meters, and forms an upright, open crown. The leaves are oblong-oval or elliptical in shape with serrated edges and are dark green in color. Flowering occurs in late spring with white blossoms.

The fruits are large, oval or round in shape, with reddish-purple skin and juicy yellow-orange flesh. The variety belongs to the freestone group, as the pit separates easily from the flesh. The fruits are resistant to cracking and rot, and are suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and processing.

The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of other European plum varieties for pollination. The plant prefers fertile, well-drained soils with a neutral pH level and is capable of tolerating winter conditions in USDA zones 5–8.
