Trees grafted onto this rootstock have 15–20% less vigor than those on the GF 677 standard rootstock. The rootstock promotes early bearing and is characterized by high productivity.
The plant possesses tolerance to chlorosis. It is recommended for planting on fertile soils. Studies note a dependency of survival and susceptibility to phytoplasmoses on growing conditions.
